Job Description

Role:


Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building(s) and grounds. Participates with other credit union
personnel in police/fire alarm call outs. Assures that the credit union grounds are in pristine condition. Assists
credit union staff with organizing furniture lay-outs for special credit union functions and events. Assists
marketing department with installation of promotional displays in/around buildings and assists vendors
performing maintenance and repairs at CRCU facilities.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:


E 25% Responsible for Routine Duties both inside and outside the building.


E 20% Assists vendors when working at CRCU facilities by providing access to secure areas and
security to CRCU assets.


E 10% Assists marketing department as requested and also places signs and banners on and around
buildings.


E 10% Performs routine maintenance on all credit union owned and leased equipment used to carry out
job assignments.


E 10% Performs general maintenance of grounds, shrubs and flower beds.


E 10% Removes trash, debris, daily leaves, etc. from ground, entrances, driveway daily.


E 10% Assists staff with furniture arrangements to accommodate special Credit Union meetings, and
helps restore arrangements at conclusion of meetings and events.


N 5% Performs other duties as assigned.

4. Adheres to generally accepted safely rules/procedures and practice a high level of safe work practices.


5. Employee demonstrates an understanding of, and follows the requirements of all regulation compliance,
including but not limited to those of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of
Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Member Due Diligence (MDD)
as it specifically relates to their job functions. Employee shall be trained annually in BSA/AML compliance.



Knowledge and Skills:


Experience: Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills: Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters
for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.

Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring
ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.

Other Skills: Must be able to climb a ladder, lift up to 100 lbs., have the physical ability to use clippers to
trim trees, bushes, etc.

Physical Requirements:


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands or
fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee frequently
is required to stand, walk, and sit. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close
vision and ability to adjust focus.


Work Environment: Work is performed both indoors and outdoors with some potential for exposure to safety
and health hazards related to electronics work. May require periodic travel. There is
exposure to potential hazardous conditions such as robbery. Employees are to receive
detailed instructions and procedures to follow in order to minimize risk.
